Product Information

All Accupro® O-ring groove tools are manufactured from Sinter-HIP submicron carbide. The Sinter-HIP process produces a structure that eliminates cobalt pockets and residual porosity. This results in increased hardness, transverse rupture strength, greater edge retention and less wear resulting in longer tool life. Accupro® O-ring groove tools are used to produce internal grooves that have radii and tapered edges. This is often the requirement when O-rings are to be used.
